Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on soju88. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. soju88 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your account login credentials.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice.
- You must use your real identity when registering.
- Accounts may not be transferred to or shared with another person.
- You must notify us immediately if your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- Users are responsible for all activity that takes place within their account.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users of the soju88 platform agree not to use it for any purpose that is unlawful or that violates these terms. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any vulnerability within the platform's systems.

4. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the soju88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring they use a valid payment method registered in their own name.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe applicable to your chosen payment method. soju88 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification, which may be required before funds are released. soju88 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigative purposes where suspicious activity is detected.
All promotions and bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific rules set at the time the promotion is announced. Misuse of promotions may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
5. Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policies
Limitation of Liability
Soju88 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or the actions of third parties. soju88's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty calendar days preceding the claim.

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the soju88 platform are the exclusive property of soju88 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such materials without prior written consent.
Account Suspension & Closure
Soju88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasonable cause, including fraud, breach of terms, illegal activity, or at the request of relevant authorities. Where closure results from a breach, remaining balances may not be refunded depending on the circumstances.
Third-Party Links
The soju88 platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services. soju88 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Use of such services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Soju88 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure compliance with the latest version.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute may be referred to the relevant authorities.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The rest of the terms shall continue in full force and effect.
